It is truly sad and frightening to watch Americans’ freedoms being taken away.

Everyday we see hundreds of protesters on television, shouting and screaming, showing how their rights to free speech have been taken away from them.

We see law abiding citizens, openly carrying weapons in public to demonstrate how their right to bear arms has been repealed.

And we see people praying, in churches, on street corners, and in parks, just to demonstrate how their freedom of religion was repealed by that monster, Barack Obama.

Everyday we see how the rights of honest, hardworking Americans are being taken away.

In several states one of our most fundamental rights was taken away:  the right to take away others’ rights to get married.

With the government’s new Cash for Clunkers program, our right to keep driving a piece of shit without being forced to take a voluntary trade-in check of up to $4,500 coupled with generous incentive offers from dealers and manufacturers of our choice was taken away from us at gun point.

In the government’s first time homeowner tax credit plan, our right to continue to live in shanties in the back woods, under bridges, or on the road side, has been done away with in the form of an $8,000 tax credit, forcing good Christian families into new housing with lots of closet and storage space.

And the government’s new health care overhaul threatens to take away one of our most sacred rights:  the right to be sick.  Millions of Americans will see their insurance bills reduced and will get to see a doctor of their own choosing if this heinous plan is allowed to see the light of day.  Millions of families will be healthier and their God-given right to get sick and die from preventative illnesses will be eliminated.

The erosion of our rights and freedoms continues at breakneck speed as our country goes headlong down the road of socialism, or fascism, or communism, or Nazism, or whatever -ism Glenn Beck found in his third-grade Scholastic dictionary this morning.

But perhaps the most frightening right stolen from us Americans is our right to have a white President.
